This Bible study can be studied as a whole book or the chapters can be used separately in various settings. Each topical chapter invites the reader to consider what the Bible says about life's hurts, hang ups and heartaches. While perfect for personal study, it also offers a format that works comfortably in a small group setting. Group leaders can choose a topic for a one-time meeting and use the questions at the end of that chapter to facilitate discussion. All of the scripture verses are written out, so there's no need to juggle another book while using this one.
